Your body deserves specialized attention. Ninja Camp is designed to challenge you while ensuring that you experience a vacation from the stress of everyday life. Ninjas receive varying types of massages throughout the camp. There are also blocks of time in the schedule to encourage mental and physical relaxation. 

Whether you relax best by reading a book, swimming in the pool/ocean or lounging around the villa, the schedule is tailored to encourage Ninjas to listen to their bodies.

This is certainly a luxury most rarely experienced in the working world. Ninja Camp balances physical activity with recovery time and nourishment, so you return home feeling stimulated and rejuvenated.

NOURISH YOUR INNER ATHLETE  

The Ninja experience provides gourmet nutrition to refuel the body after a day full of activities. We design the three daily meals around a balanced diet with excellent taste. We focus on lean meats and fish with delicious fresh vegetables. We can accommodate most meal preferences.

Our Private Chef locally sources the ingredients to ensure the freshest ingredients for optimal nutrition. Healthy snacks are available throughout the day for those who require an extra boost of energy between meals and activities. 

Ninja Chef, Josh Davies will guide you through a private cooking lesson with valuable tips on food preparation and healthy cooking habits.

NINJA TRAINING

Training is a lifestyle. Ninjas incorporate various forms of training by exceptional instructors. As a Ninja, you will experience:

CrossFit - This sport encourages a well-rounded fitness arsenal using weightlifting and gymnastics skills to build strength, endurance, agility and mobility. These sessions are a combination of in the gym and at the beach. Only certified Level 1 CrossFit instructors lead these sessions.

Mobility Training – Based on the sport of parkour, these sessions include a focus on movement and building awareness on using your body in unique ways to minimize chances of injury when jumping or climbing.

Yoga – Ninja yoga is a blend of several styles in order to actively stretch and open the body. The yoga sessions will increase awareness of tight or immobile areas and allow you to learn how to work towards restoring your body.

Surfing – Whether you are a skilled surfer looking to catch some Bali waves or a newbie curious about the sport, these sessions will add fun to your experience. Surfing will stimulate your mind and muscles as exercising in the water creates a different type of body and timing awareness to the other training sessions.

Activities – Adventure activities vary based on season and are catered to the attendee. They range from freediving to canyoning to traversing tree-top's ropes course. All activities are safe but designed to allow Ninjas to push themselves in challenging situations. Sometimes this is physical and other times it is mental. These sessions are designed to allow you to test your levels of fitness and identify any holes that may appear. Ninjas are encouraged to work on finding balance by avoiding stagnation in all areas of their lives but especially in fitness.
